Sergey Belov was born on July 3, 1976, in the town of Osa, Perm Region. He graduated from the Moscow Polytechnic College named after Moscow City Council in 1998, specializing as a photo artist. Currently works as a photographer at the Osa Cultural and Leisure Center.
