Submit Your Film
The call for entries is open for the 26th «Flahertiana» International Documentary Film Festival.
Submission deadlines:
International and National Competitions – until June 01, 2026 (completed).
Student Competition – until June 25, 2026.
Requirements for Films in Competition:
-Films must follow the aesthetic principles of Robert Flaherty, established in «Nanook of the North» film: long-term observational filming, an unobtrusive camera, and the absence of voiceover narration.
-The film must have been completed on or after January 1, 2025.
-Also, there are a number of technical requirements, so please carefully review the festival regulations
The selection results will be published on the festival’s website and on social media after July 1, 2026.
