Director, independent producer, and writer.
Since 1978, he has worked in documentary filmmaking. Most of his projects have been produced for the Italian public broadcaster RAI and the History Channel. In addition to documentaries, he has worked in television and feature films, directing the feature film The Last Supper in 2004.
Recipient of the Golden Globe Award of the Foreign Press Association of Italy and numerous awards at international film festivals. Author of three novels published by leading Italian publishing houses.
