The film’s protagonist, Alexander Sorokin, came to the village of Lyubimovo from Zabaykalsky Krai. He fell in love with this stunningly beautiful village in the Okhansky District after seeing a photo on VKontakte. After a scouting trip, he knew it was the place they’d been searching for – their home on Earth. In just a few summer months, they built a livable house where their fifth child was born. Alexander delivered the baby himself.

The Sorokins embrace an old-fashioned, self-sufficient lifestyle. sharing their journey through vlogs, homeschooling their children, and planning a larger family home – all with the help of their tight-knit village. The film follows their unique philosophy in action.

Award-winning participant of national and international festivals. Collaborated with writer Alexey Ivanov and conductor Teodor Currentzis. Led film expeditions to the Sahara and Arctic. Creator of the RussiaLive YouTube channel.
